Engagement model
4 QUESTIONS
Q.01

What is the Founding Partner Bundle?

A fixed-price engagement that includes whichever of our four products fit your business — typically two or three of them. We assess fit on the kickoff call, lock the implementation set in writing, then ship in four to six weeks. Capped at the first five partners. After the cap fills, products are sold standalone or at Standard-tier prices. Exact figures are shared on the kickoff call.

Q.02

Can I buy just one product instead of the bundle?

After the Founding Partner cap fills, yes — every product is sold standalone at v1 pricing. During the Founding Partner phase the bundle is the only option, because case-study breadth across the lineup is part of what we're building during the sprint.

Q.03

What does a kickoff look like?

One call, ninety minutes, on Zoom. We assess which of our products apply to your business, lock the implementation set in writing, and quote you a fixed price before any code is written. After the call you get a one-page scope. Sign it or don't — we part cleanly either way.

Q.04

What if my problem doesn't fit a product?

We take a small number of bespoke engagements per quarter for AI work that doesn't fit a productized SKU — custom agents, integrations, RAG systems, automation flows. Bespoke work is priced per project after the kickoff call. The kickoff funnel is the same; the engagement shape is different.

Pricing
4 QUESTIONS
Q.01

How is pricing structured?

Three tiers per product. v1 is fixed-scope and ships in 2–4 weeks. Standard adds multi-channel scope and more capability, and is PSG-eligible once we're accredited. Pro / Enterprise covers extended scope and integrations. The Founding Partner Bundle is a one-time program that bundles multiple v1 products at a single price for the first five customers. Exact figures are shared on the kickoff call.

Q.02

Is the Founding Partner price a discount?

Not exactly. It's a structural commercial program: you get the v1 implementations of every applicable product at one bundled price; we get case studies, reference quotes, and product feedback that shape the Standard tier. Both sides give and get. After the cap fills, the same products are priced at standalone v1 rates.

Q.03

How does PSG eligibility affect pricing?

PSG can offset a portion of qualifying solution costs for eligible Singapore SMEs. It only applies to our Standard tier and above, once we're accredited. v1 and Founding Partner pricing sit below the practical PSG floor and are not grant-eligible.

Q.04

Do you take retainers?

Yes — month-to-month, smaller than the build, sized to how much ongoing attention the system actually needs. Cancel any month. If the retainer isn't earning its keep, we'd rather you cancel and come back than overstay.

Products & scope
3 QUESTIONS
Q.01

What does each product NOT do (yet)?

The 'What it doesn't do' sections on each product page are the source of truth. We list them deliberately — productized scope means knowing what's in and what's out. If you're trying to do something we've explicitly listed as out-of-scope, we'd rather tell you upfront than scope-creep mid-engagement.

Q.02

When will all four products be live?

Inbox Assistant and Content Pipeline are live Q1 2026. Booking Assistant ships Q3 2026. Multi-Location Ops Brief enters beta Q4 2026 and ships Q1 2027. PSG accreditation timeline runs separately: SKUs 1–3 expected Q3 2026, SKU 4 in Year 2.

Q.03

Can you customize the products beyond the SKU page?

The v1 products are templated. Customizations on top of v1 turn the engagement into bespoke work, priced separately. The Standard and Pro tiers include some configurable surface (more channels, more integrations, longer support windows). If you need custom logic that isn't a tier upgrade, that's a bespoke conversation.

Ownership & security
4 QUESTIONS
Q.01

Where does my data live?

On your own accounts. We integrate via OAuth into your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, Calendly, and similar. We hold no copy of your customer data on our infrastructure. After handover, we hold no access at all unless you keep us on retainer.

Q.02

What happens if I leave or replace MirageWeb?

The agent's source code, configuration, eval suite, and runbook all live in a Git repository under your account from day one. Hosting accounts are yours. The next engineer reads the runbook and continues. Nothing depends on us being there.

Q.03

How do you handle PDPA?

Singapore data residency where the model provider supports it. OAuth scopes are minimised to what the agent actually needs. Audit trails on every outbound action. Encryption at rest and in transit. Internal cybersecurity review before any deployment leaves the studio. The full security posture is on the methodology page.

Q.04

What if the AI sends something wrong in my name?

It can't. Every product is built around an owner-in-the-loop principle: the AI drafts, you approve, the message sends. Nothing leaves your accounts without your sign-off. Some teams graduate to higher-trust auto-actions for narrow message types after months of supervised performance data — but no team starts there.

Studio
2 QUESTIONS
Q.01

Why don't you list your team?

We work as a studio rather than as named individuals — the products and the methodology are what we'd rather have carry the brand. The work is done by operators with shipped production AI experience in Fortune-500 environments, who've led security and operations across regulated industries, and who've built and run small studios before. If you'd rather know more about the team before signing a contract, we share that on the kickoff call.

Q.02

Where are you based, and do you take international clients?

Singapore. We work async — most of the build happens in writing — so timezone is rarely a constraint. We've designed engagements around US and European business hours when the work has needed it. Our short-term focus is the Singapore market (PSG track), but the bespoke track and our medium-term reach are region-agnostic.
